1. Are you registered with KidSport?
Unfortunately, we are not registered with KidSport, however, Please reach out to us - we'd love to discuss our packages with you.
2. Do we need to supply our own gloves and pads?
Yes.
To minimise the risk of spreading germs, it is recommended to bring your own gloves and pads to help protect both your health and the wellbeing of others.
3. Can we cancel the membership anytime?
Yes, We do not have a lock in contract, if you would like to cancel your membership or put it on hold, please reach out to us.
4. I have an injury, can I still do training?
Yes, provided you have clearance from your doctor, a signed waiver form, and inform us prior to training.
5. Is there parking on site?
There is limited parking on-site, please use surrounding parking areas. We recommend around Dome or Aldi (2 mins walk to gym) - be aware of road closures as well.
We recommend leaving an extra 10 mins to ensure you are on time to classes.
6. Do you offer discounts if two or more people from the same household sign up?
Yes, we have packages for this - please see our admin to have a chat.
