Our Personal Training sessions are tailored to your unique fitness goals, whether you're training for boxing, strength, fitness, or general health. Work one-on-one with Coach Z to get personalised guidance, motivation, and expert support to help you reach your potential. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, these sessions focus on technique, fitness, and creating a training plan that works for you.
Cancellation Policy
Personal Training Sessions: Please provide 24 hours' notice for cancellations. If notice is not given, you will still be charged. To reschedule, please discuss with Coach Z. Thanks for helping us create the best experience for everyone!
